Join us for a rare and powerful experience — an immersive breathwork session guided by internationally renowned breathwork pioneer Viola Edward, alongside her colleague Adrian Cox.
With live interpretation into Japanese by Chiharu, we will create a sacred space where healing and the breath come together.
Through Conscious Connected Breathing, body awareness, and soul-centered integration, we will work with stress, restore presence, and open the heart to reconnect you with your inner flow. —one breath at a time.
